Manual review before design begins: we check every image for usability, rights and feasibility. Uploads are not automatically passed to an AI service. Do not upload identity documents, addresses, payment information or other sensitive data. We cannot process identifiable real people in our current AI-assisted design process. Safety information
- Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
- Contains small parts — choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children.
- Resin can break under stress and form sharp edges. Do not use damaged parts.
- Do not inhale dust when sanding or filing. Wear suitable respiratory and eye protection and clean the work area afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Before your miniature takes shape.
Do I have to upload an image?
No. A precise written description is enough. Reference images are optional and are particularly useful for clothing, armour, poses and distinctive details.
Can you create an exact portrait of a real person?
No. We cannot process images of identifiable real people in our current AI-assisted design workflow. Original fantasy artwork, sketches and references for clothing, equipment, poses, animals or objects are possible and are reviewed manually first.
How many changes are included?
One revision round is included in the price. It combines your specific requested changes to the first 3D preview.
Are the figure and base sizes fixed?
Before payment, you choose a compatible base. The fixed diameters are 25 mm for Standard, 50 mm for Large and 76 mm for Boss. When approving the preview, you confirm the final figure height up to 40, 60 or 90 mm respectively, at 32 mm scale.
When do I pay?
Immediately after submitting your details, through the secure PayPal checkout. We then review the request by hand. If it is not feasible and we cannot agree an alternative, we refund the payment in full.
When will the miniature be printed?
Only after your approval. We send the first preview by email within two working days after payment. After approval, allow one to two weeks in total for production and dispatch.
Can I order characters from films, games or other franchises?
No. We only create original characters and motifs for which you hold the necessary rights. Protected franchise characters and third-party trade marks are excluded.
