How are the miniatures made?
Our original 3D models are printed in Germany using ABS-like resin at a 50 µm layer height, then washed and cured under UV light. Depending on your selected finish, supports remain attached or are removed by hand; minor finishing marks may remain. Every figure is checked by hand before dispatch.
Are the miniatures painted?
No. Physical miniatures are supplied unpainted and unprimed in ABS-like resin. The included parts and any assembly details are stated on each product page.
How do I receive an STL file?
After successful payment, the download is made available digitally. No shipping charge applies to STL-only orders. Checkout for STL files and bundles containing an STL file is currently available only for addresses in Germany.
May I sell prints made from the STL?
No. The standard licence is for personal, non-commercial use. The file and printed copies may not be resold or shared.
Where do you ship?
The webshop currently ships only within Germany. Eligible international orders may still be available through our Etsy shop (etsy.com/de/shop/ArcaneAtelierDE).
How long does delivery take?
Made to order and dispatched within 3 business days of ordering. Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–6 business days from payment. This dispatch window does not apply to custom-made miniatures; for those, the times in § 10 no. 6 of our Terms apply.
Can I commission a custom miniature?
Yes. You create a free concept image in the browser first, then order and pay. After payment we generate the 3D model variants automatically; you pick one, get one revision, and printing starts only after you approve. An order can hold up to five different figures and ships as one parcel.
