Are the miniatures painted?
No. Physical miniatures are supplied unpainted in ABS-like resin. The selected post-processing and assembly options are shown before you add the item to your cart.
How do I receive an STL file?
After successful payment, the download is made available digitally. No shipping charge applies to STL-only orders. Checkout for STL files and bundles containing an STL file is currently available only for addresses in Germany.
May I sell prints made from the STL?
No. The standard licence is for personal, non-commercial use. The file and printed copies may not be resold or shared.
Where do you ship?
The webshop currently ships physical goods to Germany and Switzerland. UK direct shipping remains disabled until UK VAT registration is complete.
Can I commission a custom miniature?
Yes. Send us your idea, references and intended use. A custom miniature normally requires about one week of production time after the design is agreed.
