NOMINAL SCALE AND ACTUAL SIZE
Our scale uses an average upright humanoid as its reference: 32 mm from the soles of the feet to the crown of the head, excluding the base, headgear and raised equipment. Other creatures are scaled against this reference, so a dragon at 32 mm scale can be much taller than 32 mm.
32 mm is our standard for the DnD tabletop. Check the base diameter against your battlemap: figure height and the space occupied in play are different measurements.
54 mm uses a correspondingly larger humanoid reference. The enlarged version provides more room for painting but also needs more display or tabletop space.
75 mm is the largest of these three reference tiers, particularly useful for painting projects and display. Check the base and overall dimensions before using it on a game grid.
Pose, creature type, wings and equipment affect the overall dimensions. Use the measured dimensions for your chosen variant. All dimensions are rounded to the nearest whole millimetre.
